THE EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER
We do have an emergency phone number to assist those who are booked onto the tour. This number is manned each night between 6pm and 8pm. Should you experience any difficulty or are running late, please be sure to call this number:-

However, please be aware this is an EMERGENCY NUMBER ONLY it cannot be used to make telephone bookings or to give out general advice and information about the tours.
It sometimes connects direct to the guides mobile number and by calling it you will be interrupting the tour. Obviously if you are booked onto the tour, and have encountered a problem in reaching it, then the guide is happy to help, but otherwise the guides won't be able to give out general information or take bookings on the emergency phone number.
So please only phone this number if you are booked on the Jack the Ripper Tour and are experiencing difficulties.
