THE RECIPIENT CHOOSES WHEN THEY WANT TO DO THE TOUR
We send the voucher out within 24 hours of receiving your order (on weekends and public holidays it will be on the next working day). The recipient can then look up the dates of operation on our website, choose the date that they wish to take the tour, phone us up or email us, and that's it they're booked on to the tour.

There's no rush to take the tour. When you order the voucher we ask you to tell us when you wish it to be valid from and the voucher is then valid for one year from that date.
THEY CAN EVEN TRANSFER THEIR BOOKING
If, for any reason, the recipient can't make the day they've booked for they just need to give us a call and we'll transfer them to another date. No quibbling, no cancellation or transfer charges, just a straight forward transfer.
